AGENT SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Anticipated Start Date: June 1, 2025
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (12 months with possible extension to 18 Months)
Location: Rock Capital Mortgage – Orangeville, ON. This position is considered hybrid-remote. Most daily responsibilities will take place remotely, however, there is mandatory in-person attendance for Executive Team meetings and in-person Rock Capital training/events which may take place at various locations in the GTA and surrounding Ontario locations.
Role Summary: The Agent Support Coordinator (ASC) will report to the Manager, Broker Relations and be responsible for supporting a team of new mortgage agents to drive business growth, enhance agent confidence, and ensure agent retention. This role focuses on skill development, accountability and progression through the Rock Solid Foundations (RSF) training program contributing to the brokerage’s success. The ideal candidate will be familiar with basic mortgage concepts with a passion for motivating others and working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individualized (biweekly) and group accountability sessions (as needed) to support new agents under $5MM in production as they progress through the RSF.
Guide new agents through the New Agent RSF, ensuring timely progress and early success in their careers.
Assist in the Manager, Broker Relations with the development and execution of business-building strategies tailored to agent needs.
Ideal candidate would also be able to provide basic deal support and compliance guidance, ensuring agents adhere to proper documentation and regulatory standards.
Encourage Agent participation in company-wide virtual & in-person training, events, and engagement activities to foster a team culture.
Identify and report performance challenges, skill gaps, and areas for improvement to leadership to Manager, Broker Relations.
Assist the Manager, Broker Relations with planning and hosting training sessions, workshops, and competitive activities to drive agent motivation.
Conduct file spot audits and monitor compliance adherence to ensure high industry standards and best practices.
Under the guidance of the Manager, Broker Relations, the ASC will administer the Rock Capital
Mentor Program which involves assigning mentees to mentors, responding to inquiries throughout the mentorship and hosting mentorship closeout interviews.
Work collaboratively with the Rock Executive Team on necessary projects and events or with alleviating the administrative burden of team mates when necessary.
Mandatory attendance at each monthly Executive Team meeting and all Rock Capital Events
Ensure all coaching and compliance initiatives align with company standards, policies, and industry regulations
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in the mortgage industry is required.
Proven track record in holding others accountable with strong ability to motivate others.
Ability to problem-solve and provide strategic business advice to agents.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track progress and implement action plans.
Familiarity with compliance standards, AML regulations, and FSRA regulations would be an asset.

Strong team-oriented mindset, desire to support and assist colleagues and team members
Requirement to transfer existing active license to Rock Capital Mortgage (Fees to be paid independently)
Compensation: Base Salary: $50,000 annually (based on 37.5 hour work week, hours 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday), plus bonus potential. 2 Weeks Paid Vacation.
